Service:

If you are flying business class, Delta One on the A330-200 is arguably the best.

If you are flying premium economy, the BA 787-8 is a good choice.

If you are flying economy, I’d pick the Condor 767-300 or the Delta A330-200

Summary:

You can fly to Portland non-stop from four major cities.
With a single stop, you can get from almost any city in Europe, to Portland, easily.

Alternatively, you could fly in or out of Seattle (SEA), which is about a four hour drive.
